The entire construction/design package from steelwork & cladding right through to architectural metalwork ensures the client only has the one point of contact which streamlines the entire process for them.
2.Our professional team
All operatives are coded welders and hold current CSCS cards, allowing us to take on projects of all types in our purpose built factory which houses a comprehensive range of fabrication equipment.
Our professional team of erectors ensure all steelwork is erected accurately using a range of high quality plant, in line with Health and Safety policies, to meet the demands of the tightest programmes. They all hold CSCS/IPAF/IPAL cards and are managed on site by a minimum SMSTS qualified person at all times.
3.We are especially good at fabricating super big parts, with our 200T crane and top welder& equipment.
Fittings and main shafts are assembled and painted in up to 25 tonne erectable batches that are monitored through the production process in our struMIS production data management system. Our in-house beam straightening / cambering machines provides us with the ability to pre-camber a wide range of sizes and types of steel section.
4.Project case 1:
This is the three workshops which we designed& fabricated for our Chile client. normally the workshops are made of H beam for main framing of steel structure fabrication. But as Unique design, specially consider:
1) The building height is over 18m, which is already higher than its surrounding concrete wall.
2) Meanwhile it is already nearby a pedestrian road. there is no space for a big concrete foundation, so we designed a flexible column feet.
thus, under such condition, we can only choose the piping truss designed workshop as only solution for the client.
